No Return/Refund/Exchange
All sales are final, and we do not accept exchange or return unless if the item you purchased is damage or if you received wrong item.
Please contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours upon receiving the order and we will resolve the issue.

Kindly note that it will take one week to process the refund or exchange if the item is eligible, and delivery fees are non refundable when returning or exchanging items.

No Cancellation
We do not accept cancellation once the order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Alteration
We provide alterations for UAE orders only with a charge of 80 AED including pick up and delivery charges.

Care guide
We prefer to hand wash and dry clean all items to preserve the piece longer.
