At Beigedubai, every abaya is crafted with care and customized exclusively for you. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

 

 

We only accept exchanges if the item is received in a damaged condition. To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated.

Abayas must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition when requesting an exchange.

 

 

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Every abaya is customized and prepared exclusively for you.

 

 

We are pleased to offer free alterations should your piece require adjustment. Please note that delivery/shipping fees for alterations are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

If you need to adjust your size after placing an order, you may contact us via WhatsApp on the same day of purchase. Beyond this time, changes cannot be guaranteed.
